Smart technology At NPE2018, Davis-Standard will debut its new smart technology equipment on a TPE tubing line. The smart technology, which will be available as an option on any Davis-Standard extruder with the EPIC III, DS-eVUE and Integrator systems, is capable of monitoring conditions such as vibration, oil composition, motor parameters, heater status and screw wear.
