EPIC IV employs a high-performance HMI, features improved graphics and symbols, and adds connectivity to the company's Activ-Check monitoring system.

EPIC IV Based on customer feedback, the latest version of Davis-Standard's line of supervisory control technology continues the user-friendly approach of its predecessor while improving the user experience. It adds connectivity to DS Activ-Check, the company’s cloud-based system that provides continuous monitoring and real-time predictive maintenance alerts for extruders. 

What’s new? EPIC IV, which was announced as the replacement for EPIC III in December. 

Benefits Improved user experience. EPIC IV employs a high-performance HMI and features improved graphics and symbols. It also provides users with diagnostic and efficiency tools that were not previously available, and has added screens that focus on active functions and alerts. It will be included with all new Davis-Standard extruders and is available as an upgrade for existing EPIC supervisory control systems.
