StateMonitor provides remote monitoring of machine tool data

StateMonitor Heidenhain StateMonitor software platform gives users the ability to remotely monitor manufacturing data from machine tools and evaluate it in real time. CNC control systems from Heidenhain or third-party manufacturers can be connected to PCs and web-based mobile devices including tablets and smartphones.  

What’s new? StateMonitor version 1.4.0, which has a variety of user-requested updates, including the ability to present countdowns for programs that are running and allowing users to customize a machine’s status and create their own parameters for when a machine’s status displays as “productive.”

Benefits Time and money savings. StateMonitor’s workflow methods let operators use their time more efficiently, and its collection of up-to-date tool usage data helps head off costly premature tool replacement. Customers can now purchase a single machine license and can add on the standard five-machine license later, if desired. The StateMonitor Software Maintenance and Support plan makes it easy to upgrade every time a new software release becomes available, and a new email support line is now available.
