CORE Kongskilde’s CORE system — which stands for Connect, Observe, Report, Enhance — offers 24/7 remote monitoring of data from all Kongskilde equipment. Using any browser, customers can monitor cloud-based data on the customizable CORE dashboard, receive warnings and error messages via email or SMS text, and access historical data on their entire equipment fleet.

What’s new? The CORE system.

Benefits Decreased downtime. The CORE system lets users monitor factors such as torque, power consumption, pressure, temperature and vibration in essential components like bearings and motors. This makes service planning and scheduling more predictable and avoids breakdowns. CORE’s industrial-internet-of-things gateway meets all security standards and allows for remote troubleshooting. The system can handle multiple worldwide location, and makes over-the-air wireless updates possible.
