Dri-Air Industries has named Robert Clague as product manager – central conveying systems.

He most recently worked for Universal Dynamics as regional sales manager, and has held sales and marketing leadership roles with Novatec, Inoex, EFC Systems and Rollepaal, after beginning his career with Battenfeld-Cincinnati.

“We are thrilled to welcome Robert to the Dri-Air team,” said Jason Sears, president of Dri-Air. “His deep industry experience and strong customer relationships make him a great fit as we continue to grow our Central Conveying Systems business.”

“It’s hard to believe that I’m entering my 20th year in the polymer manufacturing industry,” Clague said. “I started as a college intern, not knowing at the time where that first opportunity would lead. Two decades later, the industry has become a significant part of my professional life, and I’m excited to continue building on that experience in my role at Dri-Air Industries.”

The newly created role reflects Dri-Air’s continued investment in its central conveying systems for plastics processing, which it said in a news release is "an area of growing importance for the company’s plastics processing customers."

Dri-Air, based in East Windsor, Conn., also manufactures desiccant dryers, hopper dryers, blenders and controls.
