Conair drying hoppers are more efficient, durable

May 6, 2024
The EH series has insulation around the vessel to retain heat, and the inner vessel is easier to clean.

EH The drying hoppers in this new Conair line are offered as replacements for stand-alone CH-series drying hoppers with capacities from 1 to 47 cubic feet. They also will be offered as standard equipment on select Conair drying systems by the middle of this year. The new hoppers retain key characteristics of Conair’s CH hoppers. The various models have stainless steel material-contact surfaces, an air spreader that assures even distribution of drying air and a sight glass for instant verification of contents. All but the smallest models have an access door for quick cleanout and material changes.

What’s new? The EH hopper line.

Benefits Improved energy efficiency, durability and ease of cleaning. The use of exterior textured aluminum panels, rather than steel panels, eliminates the need for paint while preventing rust and resisting scratches and dents. Meanwhile, insulation around the hopper vessel retains heat and saves energy while storing dried pellets. To resist material or dust entrapment and make cleanouts faster, the hoppers’ inner vessel features seamless, polished stainless steel. Precision slide gates at the hopper bottom operate easily even against the weight of pellets.
