Markus Nuspl named CEO of Elmet
Markus Nuspl has been named CEO of Elmet, a producer of processing solutions for liquid silicone rubber (LSR).
A mining engineer, he brings more than 20 years of industry experience as well as expertise in silicone processing, quality management, innovation and corporate development. Most recently, he served as CEO of RICO Elastomere Projecting GmbH, where he was responsible for the company’s strategic and operational development.

He knows our industry, understands the challenges our customers face, and shares our conviction that sustainable business success can only be achieved together with dedicated employees,” the company’s owners said in a statement.
Nuspl will focus on sustainable and continuous growth based on long-term partnerships with customers, suppliers and employees, and work to strengthen and diversify the company’s international market position.
“Elmet has outstanding employees, a strong technological foundation and an excellent reputation in the market. Together, we want to further build on these strengths,” Nuspl said in the statement. “My goal is to combine innovation, quality, and economic success with a corporate culture in which responsibility is embraced, trust grows and collaboration is put into practice.”
Elmet is based in Oftering, Austria, with U.S. offices in Lansing, Mich. It manufactures LSR dosing systems, molds and turnkey solutions for LSR processing. Recent introductions include the Top 7000 Cast for casting, coating and manual molding applications; and the Top 5100 high-performance dosing unit.
