Cognex bar-code reader tackles tricky codes, surfaces

DataMan 280 The DataMan 280 fixed-mount bar-code reader from Cognex is designed to perform a broad range of identification tasks in manufacturing and logistics operations, including those involving 1D, 2D and direct-part mark (DPM) codes. It allows users to track and trace items throughout the manufacturing supply chain and is ideally suited for reading codes on automotive and medical device parts, bottles, packages and pallets. The bar-code reader has advanced Industry 4.0 features like easy web browser connectivity, device management and performance monitoring.
