Omron cameras detect bar codes, defects

MicroHawk V/F Designed to visually inspect finished parts, Omron’s newest line of quality-assurance cameras can read bar codes and detect surface defects and deviations involving size and color. Molders and other manufacturers can integrate the cameras into their parts-handling systems.  

What’s new? The line of cameras, which made its debut in January.
