Greenline This roughly 39-foot-wide Brückner film stretching line for biaxially oriented (BO) film has been designed for productivity and energy efficiency. The line features direct fluff dosing, with new software solutions that allow the maximum possible amount of production waste to be fed inline into the BO process at any given time.
What’s new? The line, which Brückner presented at the K show. New advancements include a second-generation heat-recovery unit that maximizes energy efficiency by capturing and reusing waste heat.
Benefits Energy and material savings, as well as the ability to significantly increase the proportion of recycled PP in the production of BOPP films. Thanks to its heat-recovery system, the Greenline is cheaper to operate than similar systems and produces less carbon dioxide. Also, the line boasts systems and data integration, so users can easily leverage data and even integrate lines from other manufacturers.
