TGVS/350 Italy’s Baruffaldi manufactures a range of cutting saws for plastic and composite profiles. All of its cutting saws have steel frames, safety guarding and a swarf suction system to ensure the cut products are free of dust.

What’s new? Increased versatility. To adapt to the growing composites market, Baruffaldi designed the new TGVS/350 cutter to be equally at home cutting pipe or profiles made of plastic, carbon fiber or fiberglass.

Benefits Precise cuts. The TGVS/350’s cutting mechanism was designed to guarantee a cut tolerance of plus or minus 0.1mm. This offline saw includes both feed-in and feed-out tables. It can cut profiles as large as 3.9 inches by 3.9 inches, but the company can customize it to match production requirements. The company said the system is easy to use, and blade changeover is quick.
