Software offers fast mold measurements

WinWerth Suited for use with Werth's metrology equipment, this software provides high-speed measurements of 3-D parts. It can be used by both plastics processors and mold makers.

What's new? The addition of a new optional feature calle Form-Correct, which is designed to help mold makers correct deviations in molds and tooling. The measured deviations are mirrored on the nominal data set and automatically applied as correction data to the corresponding CAD patch. The result is a new CAD data set that can be fed into the machining center via a post processor for reworking the mold.
