Essentium dual-head printer is compact, accurate
HSE 3D printers Essentium’s High-Speed Extruder (HSE) line of industrial fused-filament-fabrication 3D printers operates with an open ecosystem for materials. The printers are constructed with linear drives that provide 1-micron accuracy, and support printing with Essentium’s portfolio of materials as well as open-source materials.
What’s new? The HSE 240 HT, the latest addition to Essentium’s HSE portfolio. Its print head has two extruders, which move together on both the X and Y axes.
Benefits Maximized performance in a small footprint. The HSE 240 HT is small enough for use in small and medium-sized factory spaces and university labs. It can create accurate, high-performance parts from different materials in a single print, and can print with high-temperature materials. Its speed and low cost per print offer a great return on investment, and the printer also reduces downtime with its automatic filament switching feature.
