The Purity Scanner Advanced uses X-rays and optical technologies to identify contaminants as small as 50 microns.

Purity Scanner Advanced Able to inspect and analyze plastic pellets inline, the Purity Scanner Advanced from Sikora uses X-rays and optical technologies to identify contaminants as small as 50 microns, whether inside the pellet or on its surface. Once identified, the contaminated pellets are automatically sorted out.

What's new? A variety of cameras. Unlike the original Purity Scanner, the new model can use various types of camera systems, depending on the material and application. For example, the CamFlex infrared camera detects cross-contaminated pellets while color cameras are used to detect discolored pellets. As many as five cameras can be used at once.

Benefits High-quality resin.
