Analyzer spots contamination

Purity Concept V Suited for use by both compounders and plastics processors, Sikora's offline optical-inspection analyzer can be used for visual inspection of clear and colored plastic pellets, flakes, parts, films and tapes. In the Purity Concept V process, the material moves on a tray past a camera. A beam of light can highlight areas of contamination directly in the tray, or operators can opt to display or magnify an image of the contaminated areas on a screen.
