Viscometer provides inline measurement for extruder

Visco-P Promix's new viscometer uses pressure and temperature data to calculate viscosity and shear rate within an extruder before the melt reaches the die. Designed for use with the company's static-mixer housings, the viscometer produces readings that are presented on an external display. Like all of Promix's products, the viscometer is suited for use in applications that involve foaming.
