The first model in the Polaris platform can be integrated into automated lines and is fully configurable.

Branson Polaris Integrated Welder (IW) This entry-level Emerson welding system can be integrated into automated production lines and used by manufacturers of a broad array of products, including consumer electronics and food packaging. With its 7-inch touch screen, users can view recipe parameters, calibrations, weld history and alarms, as well as system information and diagnostics. Additional features include a load cell for precise trigger setting, horn diagnostics, built-in amplitude control, pre-trigger function and cycle and batch counter. The welder also offers enhanced cybersecurity.
