The series consists of three models that can incorporate a wide range of heat-staking tip designs.

GPX Branson Ultrasonic’s latest welder series is designed for joining delicate plastic parts, such as those with embedded electronics or complex geometries, making it especially suited for the automotive, electronics and medical industries. The GPX platform can handle glass-reinforced, chromed and metallicized plastics, as well as parts with closely aligned features or heat-sensitive components.

What’s new? A unique pulse-staking technology, known as PulseStaker. The technology provides instantaneous heating and cooling and adjustable cycle times. The series consists of three models that can incorporate a wide range of heat-staking tip designs to meet any stake-welding requirements.

Benefits The ability to join complex, delicate and sensitive components to molded plastic parts. The energy-efficient welders offer consistent, high-quality finishes with no particulates or burn marks.
