Conveying with Optimizer This artificial intelligence (AI) package for materials-handling systems that use Conair’s SmartFLX conveying control automatically detects source-to-destination conditions, such as data about the vacuum, receiver distance, material bulk density and other factors. It autonomously adjusts the conveying system in real-time to move material under optimal conditions. It combines software, hardware, sensors and AI with the high-speed computing power of the SmartFLX control. Conveying with Optimizer may be ordered with a SmartFLX control or combined with an existing SmartFLX control.

Benefits The ability to reduce manual labor, conveying problems and downtime. AI eliminates the need for workers to adjust air and material ratios using manual air valves from source to destination. This eliminates potential human error that could lead to conveying problems and downtime. Also, the Optimizer package compensates for changing conditions more quickly than a human can.
