Thermoregulators control mold temperatures

RocTool's T9C units require less floor space and piping than similar devices, and they also need less maintenance.

T9C These thermoregulators from RocTool work with 149-kilowatt cooling exchangers and use the company’s C2V and C2S water-distribution lines to provide continuous, closed-loop control of the temperature within a mold. They can handle 26.4 gallons of water per minute and are particularly suited for use with injection blow molding, injection stretch blow molding and extrusion blow molding processes, when combined with other RocTool technologies.

What’s new? The thermoregulators, which were released several months ago. Compared with RocTool’s earlier T9 thermoregulators, which provide piping, the T9C units have an additional water-purging option.

Benefits Ease of use and installation. The thermoregulators require less floor space and piping than other, similar devices, and they also need less maintenance. Using the thermoregulators can reduce cycle time.
