The J2000 can process pipe and profiles up to 6.5 feet in diameter.

J2000 pipe shredder The latest model to the J series line of pipe shredders from Genox can handle heavy-walled pipe and profiles up to 6.5 feet in diameter. The machine’s length can be tailored to accommodate longer pipes or shortened to fit into a smaller space, depending on the operation.

What’s new? The ability to shred bigger pipes. The J2000 pipe shredder is bigger and more powerful than Genox’s earlier J800 and J1200 models. Its rotation diameter is about 2 feet, and rotor length is 6.5 feet. It has 346 rotor knives and five adjustable counter rotor knives. Motor power is up to 100 horsepower. Dimensions are about 46.5 feet long, 19.5 feet wide and about 1.3 feet high.

Benefits More reliable and efficient shredding. The unit has a hydraulic feeding arm. The four-shaft shredding design is unique to Genox. Each rotor can be controlled separately and run only when needed to reduce cost of operation.
