T-Flow HRS control unit gets upgrades

The thermal multi-zone unit for hot runner systems can accommodate up to 144 heating zones.

T-Flow HRS Oerlikon HRSflow's thermal multi-zone control unit for hot runner systems is available in a variety of configurations and sizes, to accommodate six to 144 heating zones.

What's new? Multiple improvements, which were unveiled at Fakuma 2026. A quick-start interface leads users through key settings, from wiring verification and automatic zone grouping to temperature setup and other advanced feature configurations. A high-resolution integrated display enables direct operation at the control unit, or a larger external display can be mounted on top of the unit or positioned up to 33 feet away from it. A redesign has reduced the unit's width and depth, allowing installation in limited spaces. Features include leakage detection, continued operation in the event of thermocouple failure, short-circuit protection and a smartphone-based service function that allows customers to scan a QR code to access information about alarms and a troubleshooting guide.

Benefits Enhanced functionality, greater reliability and precision in a more compact unit.
