The TC5600 gives insight into operations, detects leaks, tracks users' actions and more.

TC5600 Offering interactive mold views and real-time updates, this smart temperature control technology from PCS gives molders insights into their hot-runner systems. With it, users can instantly load configuration files; monitor operations via tablet, smartphone or PC; assess mold aging data; track other users’ actions; quickly identify internal material leaks; and view mold structure and temperature distribution.

What’s new? The temperature controller, announced in April.

Benefits Improved efficiency and precision in mold operations, as well as savings and reduced downtime, realized through real-time updates and leak detection. The TC5600 can identify abnormal currents and check for leakage issues that can lead to material loss and uneven molding. With it, users can experience a faster learning curve and fewer usability barriers.
