Feller MCS controllers are easy to integrate
MCS Feller Engineering has revamped its series of hot runner controllers for applications of 6 to 144 zones. They come in four housing sizes, from tabletop to tower, and multiple units can be networked to connect up to 480 zones.
What’s new? Multiple upgrades, including a more compact design that facilitates integration and improves access to machines and molds. A new quick-start assistant guides the user through the wiring test, automatic group assignment, and temperature, boost and function settings. Displays have been improved and can be read from wider angles. In the event of a fault, the display shows a QR code which can be scanned to open a web application with image-based, step-by-step instructions for fault detection and resolution. A new mains voltage measurement enables calculation of heating power and energy consumption for both individual zones and the entire controller.
