Hasco sheets help keep heat in mold

The Z12120 thermal insulating sheets have been updated and are now available without pre-machined holes.

Z12120 thermal insulating sheets Made of high-grade glass-fiber fabric and high-temperature resin, these rectangular Hasco sheets prevent uncontrolled heat dissipation into the platen from heated injection and compression molds. They can be installed between the platen and mold base, generally on the top and bottom of the mold, to keep heat in the mold.  

What’s new? Availability of customizable sheets, without any pre-machined holes, updated with new parallelism, and a very low thermal conductivity coefficient. They have been developed for use with highly stressed molds.
