Loc Check A5900 This Hasco device allows users to track the physical location of a mold or tooling, whether it’s been stored on a shelf in the shop or has been loaned to a different location anywhere in the world where a mobile phone network is available. It can be easily mounted directly to an injection molding tool with a magnetic holder.
What’s new? An updated version with a series of improvements, including a lithium-polymer battery. The new battery can handle up to 3,500 transmission cycles, which is equivalent to about three years of operating time.
Benefits High-precision location of injection molding tools. With 4G GSM tracking and a GPS module, the Loc Check A5900 can now track a mold to within a distance of 32 feet from the location where it’s stored, and its easy-to-operate web interface includes geofencing. It now also has a three-axle gyroscope, which is used as a counter for the number of cycles. It has sensors for temperature and moisture, and because the transmitter can be used at a temperature of up to 248 degrees Fahrenheit, users have great flexibility on where they can attach it.
