Okuma America Corp.’s leadership team acknowledged Emec Machine Tools Inc. as its distributor of the year for fiscal 2021. The award recognizes a distributor partner for exceptional performance across a range of criteria for both selling and servicing Okuma products and services throughout a given year.
Emec’s Trevor Smethurst accepted the award at Okuma’s annual distributor meeting. Emec has its headquarters in Mississauga, Ontario, and has another office in Montréal that covers Eastern Canada and Canada’s Maritime provinces. Emec has been an Okuma distributor since 1995.
