Okuma America opening technical center

Okuma America Corp. and Morris Group Inc. plan to celebrate the grand opening of a technical center in Elgin, Ill.

The new facility will serve as a product showroom and technical center for CNC machine tools and related equipment. The public is invited to attend the in-person event, planned for March 15-17, and can visit the Okuma website for more information.

Based in Charlotte, N.C., Okuma America builds CNC machine tools, controls and automation systems. Morris Group, Windsor, Conn., serves as its sales, service and product distribution partner in select regions of the U.S.
