Progressive Components, Wauconda, Ill., has simplified the mold component ordering process for injection mold designers with the release of the latest version of its online/flash drive-enabled software. Progressive said its new CADalog v14 helps reduce redundant mold design tasks and can be had in formats for SolidWorks, NX, VISI, Parasolid, ACIS and IGES.

CADalog v14 has new features to simplify custom component creation, including access to a newly created SolidWorks library with configurable CAD geometry for a range of cut-to-length parts such as alignment locks, ejector pins and angle pins. The company said users can design and order parts using the Configurable CAD Library in four easy steps.
