Despite the supply shortages, high commodity prices and curtailed customer visits brought about by the pandemic, Meusburger Georg GmbH & Co. KG saw total revenue of $345 million in 2021, a 16 percent increase over 2020’s levels.

The company attributed its success, in part, to its large warehouse capacity to stock standard parts and primary materials, as well as its part standardization.

With headquarters in Wolfurt, Austria, and subsidiaries in Germany, China, Turkey, the U.S. and Mexico, Meusburger manufactures a wide range of products, including hot-runner systems and components for making molds and dies. In 2021, the company built new warehouses in India and Mexico, and expanded its warehouse in China.

Managing Director Guntram Meusburger spoke about 2021’s gains, and said, “We are optimistic that we will also achieve significant double-digit growth this year.”
