Emerson has opened a new welding and assembly global headquarters in Berkshire Industrial Park, Brookfield, Conn.

Emerson has opened the new global headquarters for its Branson brand’s welding and assembly technologies in Brookfield, Conn.

The 146,000-square-foot facility includes an engineering lab for R&D, 48,000 square feet of manufacturing space with CNC milling centers, and additive manufacturing equipment for rapid prototyping and production tooling.

The opening completes the $49 million project that was announced in April 2019.
