Motan decides against Fakuma 2020 participation

To avoid subjecting its employees and trade show visitors to the health risks posed by a large trade fair, Motan-Colortronic announced it will not actively participate in Fakuma 2020. The Friedrichsdorf, Germany-based materials management equipment supplier said that its employees will be available to discuss its innovations digitally.

Other companies that have scaled back or canceled their participation in Fakuma include Engel, Wittmann Group, KraussMaffei, Sepro, Sumitomo (SHI) Demag, Piovan, Nordson and Herrmann Ultraschalltechnik. Fakuma is scheduled for Oct. 13-17 in Friedrichshafen, Germany.
