Due to the health threat posed by COVID-19, Piovan Group will not actively participate in Fakuma 2020, which is scheduled for Oct. 13-17 in Friedrichshafen, Germany. The Italy-based auxiliary equipment supplier said it will use other means of communication that follow best safety practices. However, the company remains committed to exhibiting its products at Fakuma as soon as conditions allow.
Other companies that have scaled back or canceled their participation in Fakuma include Sumitomo (SHI) Demag, Wittmann Group, Sepro, Engel and Nordson.
