XXS Boy is offering new options for its smallest injection molding machine, which has 7 tons of clamping force and is suitable for micro molding, prototype manufacturing and laboratory applications. The XXS has a reciprocating plasticizing screw available in diameters from 8mm to 18mm.

What's new? An optional chiller specifically designed for this machine model. The chiller is positioned within the frame of the table on which the machine sits, so the machine footprint remains the same. A small temperature control unit (TCU) also is available.

Benefits The ability to mold in locations without water hookups or drains. The closed-loop chiller and TCU use the same water over and over again.
