Allrounder Arburg's redesigned Allrounder H line of hybrid injection molding machines features the company's new Gestica control system and improved performance of the injection and clamping units, compared to the prior Allrounder generation.
What's new? The 920 H model, which has 560 tons of clamping force, tie-bar spacing of 920mm wide by 920mm high and a dry cycle time of 2.5 seconds. Arburg is introducing the machine to the global market at Fakuma, to be held Oct. 17-21 in Friedrichshafen, Germany. It joins the Allrounder 1120 H, which made its debut at K2016 and has 715 tons of clamping force.
Benefits Enhanced functionality, simpler operation and improved ergonomics. The Gestica control is designed for more intuitive operation, with the look and feel of smart devices. The machine also incorporates sliding doors and ergonomic handles for easier access to pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, lubrication and temperature-control systems.
