Servo MiniCutter System This high-torque servo-driven tabletop cutter can accurately feed, measure and cut up to ¾-inch outer diameter at rates up to 1,000 cuts per minute. Material is gripped by a pair of rollers and pushed through closely spaced bushings for precision cutting by a high-speed, razor-sharp knife. The servo-controlled feeder controls the line speed and is electronically linked to the cutter servo to provide accurate control of cut lengths. It is ideal for medical devices such as PVC tubing for IV sets, polyurethane tubing for venous catheters and feeding tubes, silicone for drainage tubes or nylon impregnated silicone tubing, as well as non-medical applications such as rubber hose, plastic tubing or small profiles of plastic and rubber.
