AccuScan Pro Series This single-axis diameter gauge from NDC Technologies employs laser scanning to measure plastic pipe, tube, hose, rods and extruded profiles as well as wire and cable. It can be used for real-time control of product diameter, or offline for standalone diameter measurement. It is available in two models: The AccuScan Pro 45mm, which measures products with an outer diameter (OD) from 0.005 inch to 1.77 inches, and the AccuScan Pro 100mm, which can measure products with an OD from 0.008 inch to 3.94 inches.

What’s new? The AccuScan Pro Series, which joins NDC’s AccuScan family of gauges.

Benefits Low cost of ownership, greater accuracy and a smaller footprint. The gauge has a rugged housing that is IP65 rated against moisture and dirt and an optional air-purge system to keep dust and debris off the sensor windows. It reliably operates in a variety of demanding industrial applications while requiring minimal maintenance. For some applications, users can stack two AccuScan Pro gauges to measure products with larger diameters. With an optional display and interface, users can easily configure the system and view measurement data. Additionally, an optional single-scan flaw-detection feature finds problems such as oversize flaws (lumps) or undersize flaws (neckdowns).
