Zero This line of single-shuttle extrusion blow molding machines from Italy’s Alphamac is fully electric and designed for bottle production. Distinguished by their versatility and plug-and-play setup, the compact, single-station machines are particularly suited for companies with short production runs and frequent mold changes. In the U.S., Alphamac machines are distributed by Jackson Machinery.
What’s new? The Zero 800S model, the second in the product line, which can handle up to 12 mold cavities and has a clamping force of 28 tons, compared to the 20 tons of clamping force of its predecessor. With a shuttle stroke of 800mm, it can be configured for producing bottles with up to six layers and a maximum height of 12.8 inches.
