What’s new? Several features that boost the machine’s functionality. Each accumulator head has a top blowing device instead of a bottom blow stand. The heads are adjustable side to side and their center distance can be varied to fit asymmetrical cavities and to minimize flash. The take-out grippers have a pneumatic compensation feature to prevent deflection of their arms. Additionally, the machine has a removable access cage and a swing arm that supports the tool for ergonomic die and core changeovers. An innovative hydraulic power pack is equipped with a pre-filling cylinder and variable-speed pumps that minimize the energy needed for clamping and motion.
