MoldTrax MoldTrax's system for tracking the performance and maintenance of all types of molds and dies provides users with drop-down selections that feature standardized language instead of the nonuniform "journal entries" incorporated in some other systems. This allows repair technicians to make informed and accurate troubleshooting decisions and helps managers set mold-performance targets.

What's new? The MTSQ version, which creates a variety of charts showing which molds are requiring the most labor, causing the most defects or are most expensive. MTSQ can track the most frequent reasons for mold stoppages as well as the most common corrective actions taken. It also can record the performance of molds over a set period to track efficiency improvements. A detailed mold-performance report breaks down mold costs by cycles.

Benefits Data that is easier to access, more detailed and more useful. Users can quickly analyze data and target specific areas for improvement.
