Reflector nozzle This new injection molding hot-runner nozzle from PSG Plastic Service Group GmbH, Viernheim, Germany, is for molding parts that require a large nozzle to accommodate the melt channel, but where mold space is very restricted. The device consists of a space-saving, small-diameter nozzle attached to a larger nozzle. Nozzle sensors ensure that the melt maintains the correct temperature.

What's new? The device, which was introduced at the K show and is now available in the U.S. through Thermal-Tech Systems.
