3YourMind promotes Bas de Jong

He joined the company in October as its CCO, and now takes the title of COO and managing director.

3YourMind has promoted Bas de Jong to chief operations officer and managing director. He will oversee the company’s strategic and day-to-day operations with support from co-founder and CEO Aleksander Ciszek. In October of 2021, de Jong had been named as chief commercial officer of the company.

Co-founder Stephan Kühr will transition from COO to serve on the advisory board.

Before joining 3YourMind, de Jong was head of global business development for 3D printer manufacturer Ultimaker.

Headquartered in Berlin, 3YourMind creates enterprise software that automates additive manufacturing processes and workflows, as well as offering ERP and MES modules.
