What’s new? Upgrades, including new colors. The FC 1000 IM2 now has an air circuit that fills the mold quickly and maintains appropriate pressure. Other upgrades include: improved motion performance of the robot stacker; a new HMI with updated algorithms that can automatically calculate up to 90 percent of the optimal machine settings; integrated troubleshooting for more quickly addressing problems; and increased maximum cutting perimeter.

The algorithms can help experienced operators shorten machine startup, and can ease the learning process for less-experienced operators.
