CER hot-stamp technology coming to US

CER of Oyyanax, France, is launching its Ultimax-2M2N hot-stamp/heat-transfer machine for cosmetic packaging such as lipstick cases, jars and caps in North America. 

Ultimax-2M2N CER, Oyyanax, France, is launching its Ultimax- 2M2N hot-stamp/heat-transfer machine for cosmetic packaging such as lipstick cases, jars and caps in North America. It has servo-motor controls and uses a magnetic system to position the silicone die. 

What's new? Availability in the U.S. The machine will make its North American debut at NPE2018 in the booth of ITW, CER's parent company.

Benefits Throughput of up to 7,000 units per hour, which is 15 percent greater than competing models. A camera vision system performs quality control. The machine has fewer moving parts than competitors' machines and is certified for CE European safety standards.
