Jetlaser 4Jet Americas' new laser cleaning system comes in four power levels and is designed to be integrated into a robot or used by hand. Applications include cleaning molds, tools and fixtures; removal of paint and rust; and treatment of surfaces prior to welding, gluing or coating. Jetlaser features fiber-coupled, maintenance-free, solid-state lasers. The company describes it as an entry-level device for customers with low-production volumes or a wide variety of cleaning tasks.
