CleanTech This new line of high-energy laser systems from Fonon Corp.'s Laser Photonics business is used for surface preparation, paint removal and cleaning. It is compatible with a wide range of metals, plastics and other materials. Applications include cleaning molds and metal parts, and degreasing and conditioning surfaces to improve adhesion properties. There are two models: a stationary version that can be used as a stand-alone unit or can be integrated into a production line, and a hand-held model. Both models feature integrated dust-collection systems. A 3-D scanner for cleaning parts with complex shapes is optional.
