Nanojet Asco's new dry-ice unit blasts dry-ice particles, crushed by an internal pellet grinder, onto surfaces of parts and machinery to clean them.
What's new? The unit, which was released in late May. It features a newly developed 4mm-diameter nozzle and blasting gun with integrated cutter.
Benefits Precise, fast and consistent surface cleaning. Because the unit uses tiny crushed pellets, it requires less compressed air than other units that spray larger particles. This design reduces energy requirements and noise, and allows molds to be cleaned without being damaged.
