Gast claw pumps Gast's four new claw pump models use contactless rotors that are synchronized by gears without any lubrication in the pumping chamber. They have nominal capacities ranging from about 6,570 cubic feet per hour to about 12,710 cubic feet per hour. Claw pumps can be used for vacuum, compression, aeration and drying functions for bulk material handling, CNC machining and other applications.
What's new? Availability in the U.S. Gast has been offering the pumps here since the beginning of the year.
Benefits Frictionless operation. Compared to oil-free rotary-vane pumps, the energy-efficient claw pumps use significantly less horsepower to provide similar vacuum capability. They also can be more quickly and easily maintained, at less expense.
