NPE Booth W3369
RC-SE These Yushin take-out robots can work with injection molding machines with clamping force of between 33 tons and 1,433 tons.
What’s new? The series. Three of the robots will be running on presses at NPE.
Benefits Low air and energy consumption, high productivity and long life. The robots are designed to optimize vibration control on all axes for superior performance. They feature Yushin’s original Eco Vacuum technology, which employs constant suction pressure monitoring to ensure optimal vacuum start timing with up to a 78 percent reduction in air consumption. This cuts both electricity and equipment costs related to air compressors. Additionally, the robots’ drive speed is automatically adjusted according to the molding cycle, reducing the amount of power being used. This helps extend the service life of the guide shaft and timing belt.
