Carousel Plus Conair has upgraded the small and mid-size models in its Carousel Plus line of compact wheel dryers, which use a molecular sieve desiccant and feature precise, adjustable control of the dew point.

What's new? The DC-A touch-screen control from Allen-Bradley. The control has a 7-inch color display with intuitive graphics, minimal text and no function codes to decipher. It features descriptive help screens, auto-start capability and password protection. The new control is standard equipment on Carousel Plus models 15 through 100, which have throughputs ranging up to 100 pounds per hour. Additionally, models 150 to 400, with throughputs up to 400 pounds per hour, are available with either the DC-A or an upgraded version of the original DC-T control, which now has a larger touch screen.

Benefits Energy savings and simpler operation. The ability to see trends simplifies maintenance and troubleshooting, while allowing users to optimize drying parameters and save energy.
